Built by an operator. For operators.

Plenor Group LLC. Tampa, Florida. Founded 2026 by Everton Paula. One accountable operator on every engagement.

Founder

Everton Paula.

Everton Paula founded Plenor Group after 15 years operating inside marketplaces, fintech, last-mile platforms, and DTC businesses. Operating responsibility has covered 8 countries and 9 markets at companies between Series B and post-IPO scale, with direct ownership of P&Ls into the $40M range and operating systems processing 5M+ daily transactions at peak.

The most recent full-time role was Head of Business Operations at a global ride-hailing platform, $40M annual P&L across 8 countries, with operating teams running courier supply, demand, vertical expansion, and country-level performance reviews. Earlier operating roles include senior positions at a hypergrowth courier platform, a regional marketplace, and a major insurance incumbent, all of them in roles where the operating function was either built from blank pages or rebuilt from a broken starting state.

Credentialed in Lean Six Sigma at the Master Black Belt level. Operating philosophy is process-grade and metric-grade, not workshop-grade. Based in Tampa, Florida, on a permanent US resident pathway. Engagement geography is the continental US, with travel built into engagements over 90 days.

The Plenor stance is operator-first. One accountable name on every engagement. No analyst pyramids. Written artifacts, weekly cadence, named exit dates. Plenor exists to do the work that gets the founder off the daily decision tree, install the operating engine that runs without the founder in every meeting, and leave. Everton Paula, Founder
Why Plenor exists

The gap between strategy and execution is a market gap.

The gap between strategy and execution is a market gap, not a personal one. MBB firms produce strategy decks at high quality and disband at presentation. Executive search firms produce full-time hires at high quality and take nine months to do it. Fractional executive marketplaces produce staffing matches at variable quality and treat the engagement as a placement, not an operating outcome.

None of the three is structured to install an operating engine in 90 to 180 days, with one accountable operator, with written deliverables, and with a named handoff to an internal owner at exit. Plenor is. The firm exists because that work is the difference between a strategy that ships and a strategy that sits, and somebody has to do it as a job, not as a side conversation.

How we work

One operator. Written scope. Named exit.

One accountable operator owns every engagement. No analyst pyramid, no layered staffing model, no junior team doing the work while a partner manages the relationship. The operator who scopes the engagement is the operator who runs the engagement.

Every engagement has a written scope, a written cadence, a written exit shape, and named deliverables at named milestones. Weekly status is written, not spoken. Final artifacts are running systems with documented playbooks, not slide decks. The default outcome is that Plenor leaves on the named date, the internal team owns the operating engine, and the operating metrics hold for 60 days post-handoff without Plenor in the room.
